We offer custom brushed aluminum signs made from 1/8″ thick brush aluminum composite material (ACM). The sheets come in two different sizes, 48″ x 96″ and 48″ x 120″. If you plan for your printed brush metal sign to be a single piece, you must order within those two sizes. If you order larger, that’s ok. Our system will then split your full size into multiple panels automatically.

Spot White Finish Brushed Metal Signs
Spot white finish will be used if you do not want to see the brushed aluminum finish behind the printed portions of your design. Anything left transparent in your design would display the brushed finish. Before printing your colors, we lay down a layer of white ink, thus blocking any brushed finish from showing through the colors defined in your file.
Transparent Finish Brushed Metal Signs
A brushed aluminum sign with a transparent finish allows the beautiful brushed aluminum finish look to show through the ink itself. Our transparent finish process does not support printing any part of your sign in white. If your design includes white elements, please select the Spot White finish.
