What is PALBOARD™?

Palram PALBOARD is an exciting innovation in PVC foam board printing surfaces that outperforms conventional PVC boards while opening new possibilities for dynamic marketing. Create lightweight, custom shapes with a hard, smooth surface and the most vibrant color resolution printing. Entirely customizable, your custom-printed PALBOARD projects can be easily cut, folded, V-grooved, and bent into any configuration. Your imagination is the only limit!
This new multilayer substrate combines two ultra-smooth surfaces of solid PVC with a dense foam core in white or black. The outer surfaces are hard and smooth, with a bright white color that allows for brilliant color reproduction. Easy to cut, fold, and shape, PALBOARD is an exceptional choice for a wide range of custom signage projects.
PALBOARD 2D has two layers. A layer of rigid black PVC backs the smooth, bright white PVC surface. This structure is excellent for flat image printing and can be cut into any shape. The black PALBOARD PVC backing creates a sharp, attractive black edge that is quite striking for printed photos and artwork.
PALBOARD 3D is made with two bright white PVC layers sandwiching a dense foam core of black. It is specifically engineered to be able to be V-grooved and heat- or cold-bent to form 3D structural displays. As a result, PALBOARD 3D material is ideal for creating impressive POP displays, exhibits, even entire trade show booths, and more.
PALBOARD is easy to manufacture, lightweight and offers exceptional mechanical strength and chemical resistance. It is the ideal PVC foam sheet for retail signs and 3D structures.
